er99 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and er99 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the er99 website, its services, games, promotional offers and payment facilities. By accessing the er99 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the er99 platform.

er99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the er99 platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 3. Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of er99's real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are accessing er99 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an er99 employee.
• You are opening only one account and have not previously had an account closed or suspended by er99 for a breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

er99 reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in account suspension, the withholding of withdrawals, or permanent closure of your account. This includes the right to request government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Account Registration and Management

To access real-money games and services on er99, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and the creation of a secure password. er99 will send a one-time password (OTP) to your mobile number to verify your identity at registration and at other key points in your account lifecycle.

Player Obligations Regarding Account Information

• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.
• You must not provide false identification documents or misrepresent your identity, age or location at any time.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your er99 account, whether authorised by you or not.

KYC Verification

er99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, er99 will require you to submit at least one of the following valid identity documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (biographical data page).
• Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) issued driving licence.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on er99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). er99 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, although er99 reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. er99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. er99 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
• er99 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposit transactions. Players should check applicable mobile banking fees with their service provider directly.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. er99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. er99 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during business hours, though processing times may vary.
• er99 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms by the requesting player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

er99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is claimed:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• er99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice to players.
• Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account permanently closed.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings above the stated cap will not be credited.

er99 seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and the ICC T20 World Cup are subject to their own individual promotion terms and are available for a limited period only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the er99 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the er99 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or coordinated betting activity with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your er99 account by any third party, including minors.

er99 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account suspension or closure in connection with prohibited conduct are made at er99's sole discretion and are final.

8. Responsible Gaming

er99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following responsible gaming tools and policies apply to all registered players:

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Players may request a time-out period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which their account will be temporarily suspended and no deposits or gameplay will be possible.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting er99 support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration chosen and er99 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from opening new accounts.
• er99 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any account found to be held by a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any deposits made by an underage player will be returned in full without bonus.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the er99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software and user interface designs — is the property of er99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works from any content on the er99 platform without the prior written consent of er99.

The er99 name, logo and brand identity are trademarks of er99. You may not use any er99 trademark, trade name or branding in any context — including advertising, promotional materials or domain names — without the express prior written authorisation of er99.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, er99 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the er99 platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, errors in game software, delays or failures caused by circumstances outside er99's reasonable control including telecommunications failures or acts of third-party service providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the er99 platform or from your failure to comply with these Terms.

11. Amendments to These Terms

er99 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, er99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, er99 may also notify players via the registered contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the er99 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using er99 and may request the closure of your account by contacting er99 support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and er99, you are encouraged to contact er99 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. er99 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for final resolution.
